Now you have over 325 convenient offsite locations to make your Dubai First monthly credit card bill payments. You will receive a receipt as confirmation and your payment will be credited to your card account the next working day.

Emirates NBD Smart Deposit Machines

Dubai First has further extended its payment locations network. An exclusive collaboration with Emirates NBD Company makes it possible for you to pay your Dubai First Credit Card bills by cash through the Smart Deposit Machines (SDMs) of Emirates Bank & National Bank of Dubai.

This 24/7 service is quick and reliable. It takes three easy steps: 1) insert your card, 2) insert your payment in cash, 3) collect the receipt. Payments through the SDMs are real-time transactions which means your payments are transferred instantly to your credit card account and the available limit is updated immediately.

Most Emirates NBD SDMs are located within the banks’ branches and the rest within the biggest shopping malls - Deira City Center, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall, Manar mall etc.

Emirates NBD ATMs

Through its existing partnership with Emirates NBD, Dubai First has made it possible for its card members holding accounts with Emirates Bank or National Bank of Dubai to make credit card payments by direct debit from their accounts using Emirates NBD ATMs.

By Mail

You can mail your cheque to Dubai First, PO Box 111656, Dubai, UAE. The cheque should be drawn in favour of “Dubai First” with the card number mentioned on the reverse.

Al Ansari Exchange

You can also make cheque payments at select Al Ansari Exchange branches

Cheque payments can be made in Dubai First branches Sat-Thu from 8am to 5pm.

SWIFT Transfer:

You can also make your payment via a SWIFT transfer to Dubai First’s account with Emirates Bank. Please note the following details which are required to effect your SWIFT transfer:
